Terms of service
We are a small business and custom make each item to order. By placing an order you agree that you have read the item details and understand the product for sale thoroughly, ensuring you have checked the size guide against your dog. If in doubt please contact email@example.com for help regarding sizes prior to placing your order.
Despatch time: We do not hold pre-made stock so order processing time will vary during sale and peak periods. We often start cutting materials as soon as the order has been placed and orders are generally made and despatched within a week, see our shipping policy for more details and estimated shipping times.
Delivery issues: We are not responsible for orders that are lost or damaged once shipped however please contact us to assist if you are having shipping issues.
International orders: You may be required to pay import duties and taxes depending on your local requirements. We are not responsible for payment of such duties and taxes and in the event that you refuse to pay such duties and taxes and the order is returned to us, we will require you to pay any costs that we have incurred as a consequence.
Returns: We do not refund or exchange items for change of mind or if you have selected the wrong size as they are all custom made, see our refund policy for more details. We do accept returns if the item is faulty.
Cancellations: We often start cutting materials right away to ensure they are made as quick as possible, if your order has not yet been despatched and you need to cancel please email us ASAP firstname.lastname@example.org we will check the progress of your order. If we have not yet started making we will refund.
Discounts: Discount codes not available in conjunction with any other sale or offer. We do not offer huge discounts however we offer amazing customer and quality products hand made in Australia.
