As each item is hand crafted to order we only accept returns or exchanges if the item is not as described or fit for purpose within 14 days.
Please take the time to measure and select the correct size as we hand craft each item to order based on the custom options you have chosen therefor will likely not be able to re-sell if you need to return.
If your tail was wagging too hard over the beautiful designs and you just got a bit too excited that you ordered the wrong size please contact me right away. If you can arrange the return I will be happy to adjust or exchange to the correct size if you can provide the correct measurements. I do not exchange for change of mind or damaged caused by wear and tear
I charge AUD$15 per item for a size adjustment + AUD$15 Post for international customers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom made items, sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
